General treatment terms & conditions

*A deposit of 50% of the treatment cost is required upon booking for all bookings
*Cancellation policy & Change of appointment: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations & a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to change appointment times or dates or any deposits held will be for fitted.
*All bookings are subject to availability
*All treatments are subject to consultation
*We reserve the right to refuse service.

 

Vouchers terms & conditions

*Gift Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash
*We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate/ voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement can be provided in these circumstances.
*Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
*Gift Vouchers are valid for approximately 6 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the Gift Voucher.
*Should you not turn up for your appointment or need to re-book with less than 24 hours notice the total treatment value will be deducted from your gift voucher.
*Voucher must be produced upon arrival or your treatment can not go ahead.
* You must mention upon booking that you have a voucher & provide us with the voucher code.
